pins and needles in hands

i've had pins and needles in my hands for quite a few months now, using the keyboard seems to start it of.
Had nerve conduction test for carpal tunnel syndrome which came back clear, and am now waiting to have mri scan on neck.
My HA seems to be getting worse again, i was due to have a colonscopy on Tuesday but cancelled apointment and now have to wait until November. The left sided stomach pain i get has come back . Im sure stress makes my symptons worse but its hard to control.

hay, i get this all the time, especially down my right shoulder, (my mouse side) lol

i tend to find a stroll round the office or to the car and back while rolling my shoulder, shacking my hands helps.

i think it comes with the job of using a computer daily.. checked round the office, some people get it some dont, some get a numb ass, then pins and needles in that.

try not to worry, its just poor circulation from staying in one spot.
