please help me guys. really depressed!!

hi guys, recently i have been having this fullness at the base of my rib in my stomach area. feels really bloated in jus this on area. i have it 24/7. its taking over in my head and im so scared its a bleed or inflammed organ.
any advice, is it constipation, ibs, gas???

I have this from time to time feels like my stomach is completely full even if i have eaten nothing and it is really uncomfortable
Its all part of my IBS so prob what you are feeling
it does ease off eventually x
