Hi,
My names kay, im 21 and come from the west midlands.
A friend from a group meeting who also uses this site advised
me to check it out and we are trying to help eachother in
anyway we can really with support and just helping eachother
get out and about more....

I have problems with depression and have a fear of being
alone, night time is the worst time for me and i often dont
get to sleep at all....

I have had the signs since i was 14/15 but was only diagnosed
at age 19/20. Now i know what i have i would like to find ways of
coping with it and maybe making it better. My aim is to beable to
work again and to beable to have a smile on my face once again.

Hi Kay,

You will find many people on here that feel the way you do and it'll help make you feel better. From the sleep point of view do you ever listen to the radio at night. My son lives alone and listens to Talk Sport in bed and eventually falls asleep! Hope you feel better soon.
