hi im new to all this im currently on 40mg of citalopram and cant cope with the dizzy feeling is this all normal ? im scared that im going to collapse and nobody will find me i hate feeling this way

Hi there, sorry to hear you are having dizzy spells. How long have you been on 40mg of Citalopram.

I was taken up to 40 mg last year - and didn't notice any bad side effects.

If you are relatively new to taking them, it could be an initial side effect. if not, I would go back to the docs.
