In need of some advice!

Please i need advice in what to do bareing in mind that i am already in a safe place im at woodlands unit- queen marys hospital the only problem is the staff aint lisening i keep saying im seeing things that arnt really there and hearing voices that are in and outside my head i self harm as well and have depresstion and personallty disorder please any advice is welcome asap
