Whats the best way to get rid of a tummy bug ?

Hi, im wondering if someone can help me. Since last sunday ive had an awful stomach bug, ive had sickness and diarrhoea. Ive got a constant tummy ache, i havent been sick since friday but ive still got diarrhoea, i just cant seem to keep anything in my stomach. Ive been drinking plenty of water and having peto-bismol but it doesnt seem to be working. I did a stool sample and ive just got the results and they are fine. Im not feeling very anxious at the moment so i cant put it down to that, i just feel ill..
Has anyone got any advice that they can give me ?

i found the best thing for tum was ginger capsules,get them from health food shop ,,nothing worse than tum upset xxx:bighug1:

Ive always found the quickest way to get rid of nasty tummy bugs is to ,starve yourself ,just drink plenty of water and take hydration salts ,.They can be bought fom supermarkets and chemists .Immodium stops the diarrhoea or Kaoline and morphine .If theres nothing in your stomache the bug dies as theres nothing for it to feed off and keep multiplying ...Hope you feel better soon .Sue x:hugs:
