hi my names bex im 28 and have'nt left the house properly in over a year
my poor husband has to do the shoppoing for us and if we get invited out he says no as he knows i wont go . it all started when i put on weight and people would stare and whisper at me i could deal with it first but now its sent me into hiding and now i just dont want to go out . i go into a panic if i do
i need help as i watched my mum suffer for ten years without the leaving the house and now i feel like im following in her foot steps
