I was told about this site 3 years ago when i first started having panic attacks and anxiety and developed agraphobia. My panic attacks have begun happening again and i have developed depression. Im 24 and recently went traveling round the world for 6 months on my own and have been back about 3 months. Not sure why ive suddenly developed depression and having attacks again. Think it may be linked to adjusting to life after having such a great time away, but i am struggling now.
