Hi. Does anybody know if you can put rock rose directly onto your tongue? How long before you need it, how many drops and how long it lasts for once taken? It states on the bottle to dilute it in water but i've read on the internet that you can also place it directly onto the tongue so I just wanted to check. Many Thanks.

Hi There you can put Rescue Remedy straight onto your tongue but not sure about Rock Rose

I only put rock rose on my tongue if im having a panic attack, if im feeling anxious i put 4 drops in a glass of water and sip it at regular intervals, hope this helps:) pinkcherryhearts
