Citalopram

Hi,
I have been on citalopram for 10years was wondering if theres anyone else on the forum who has been on as long as that,I would like to try and come off it but i tryed a number of years ago and had a really bad turn one night i ended up not sleeping the whole night because of my anxiety.I have been on courses to try and help,have also read books but i just cant beat it at times it does control my life which i hate but i am luckly i would only get it once every couple of months but when i do its like my world is about to end and it can be very frighten.

what dose are you on? you could try cutting down slowly.

Im on 20mg i only started them today felt a bit funny so im thinking of trying them of an evening. How long have you been on it for?.:)

Hi Dominique,
I have been on citalpram for about ten years it does help but i would like to try and come of it,i suffer from anxiety.
