:weep:Can anyone help? I've been taken of mirtazapine 45mg by my gp and mental health specialist. I took venlafaxine for 6 days, but the side effects were so severe, i have been given duloxetine 30mgs to start tomorrow morning. I have not slept for more than a few hours in the last four days and the heart palpitations have been so bad, i feared something far worse (i have read the health worries on here and relate to all the symptons of palpitations).
Does it get any easier as I am not sure I can take anymore of this? i was taken of the mirtazapine as it was felt that my body had got used to it, as my panic attacks and depression were getting worse.
I really can't do this any longer and am wondering if i should just go back on the mirtazapine and to hell with the panic attacks and depression. At least i knew how to deal with them and could cope better.
I know meds can cause side effects, but i haven't felt this bad ever, not even when first experiencing the panic attacks and not knowing what they were.
Things must be bad for me to be using a computer just after midnight. Sleep has never come easy since suffering the panic attacks but i am usually in bed some time during night hours.
Can anyone help me before i go completely mad? :weep:
