Butterflies in Centre of Chest

Does anyone get a butterfly feeling in the centre of your chest, had two today ?

sounds like mild palpatations possibly? It seems that many many of us who suffer from anxiety suffer palpatations. They CANNOT hurt you but if you are concerned go to see your dr to be reassured.

I have had these over the past couple of days.... I AM SCARED. I've been having an increased level of stress and anxiety over the past week or two and when this started happening it has really started to freak me out. Can these be dangerous? I just don't know what to do.... I am very scared....
