cbt intensive course

hi everyone
i start my 3rd course of cbt on monday
but this one seems differant i have to go every monday and tue 9 till 4 for 3 weeks and thats it seems a long day to me god im panicking just thinking about bein away from home that long has anyone else had the intensive cbt theropy befor ???:blush:

hi burberry girl i do cbt on a tuesday and thursday 10am -12, and its for 8weeks,i suppose it depends on the area you come from everyones seems different.:D:D:D goodluck i hope it goes well for you xxxxx

"intensive" the word itself makes me anxious.I tried those CBT sessions once per week for two months.It helped a bit.
