Hi everyone , was advised too join the forum and talk to people who also suffer from anxiety.

Ive only recently spoke to my parents and an NHS nurse about my problems.
Its affected my life in a big way , i quit my job due too the anxiety attacks i have, i think my life will always be like this :(
