Hello all,

I've been reading the forum for months now (love the new look here by the way) so thought it was about time to jump in and get registered.

Am 30 from Essex and suffer from Anxiety (and all it's horrible symptoms) along with Agoraphobia, both just seemed to come out of nowhere a few years ago, though I guess there were triggers. Seems to have got a lot worse over the last year or so.

Anyway hope to catch some of you around the forum!
