Hello everyone,

I am assisting with a project that you may find interesting and potentially helpful. We are a group of researchers conducting a study on self-help treatments for anxiety, comparing mindfulness/acceptance and cognitive-behavioral approaches. Research has shown that both types of approaches are effective in alleviating anxious suffering. If you are eligible for participation, you will receive a free copy of either "The Mindfulness & Acceptance Workbook for Anxiety" or "The Cognitive Behavioral Workbook for Anxiety." If you are interested, please visit our website at: www.ActforAnxiety.com (http://www.actforanxiety.com/), and follow the double workbook icon. We are enrolling only U.S. residents. I invite you to check it out and wish you the best.

Regards,

C.R.

Pity you only want US residents... it sounds interesting
Mind you we would have to argue over the spelling of "behavioural"
