Calm me down please!!

Hi Guys - sorry having a 'moment'...

Woke up this morning and was fine. After a an hour or so decided to clear up then got this hideous intense sharp pain under my left breast which feels like my heart. OMG!

What is this?? Everytime I stand up its there???? If it was a heart attack i wouldnt be writing this but so concerned something isnt right.

Does anyone else have this? If I take in a deep breathe it worsens.

Please help!

yes i have that all the time. Anything to do with your heart isnt a sharp pain would be different. Dont want to say cos if your anything like me, u will develop that pain!! Think its just a nerve but its deffo nothing to do with your heart.

Sounds like you could have pulled a muscle maybe clearing up.

Definitely not a heart attack though

If you read Claire Weekes book she describes that pain to a tee. Its muscular or can originate from hyperventilation.
