Headache Question

I have had a horrendous headache since yesterday afternnon. Not a run of the mill headache. It feels like someone is standing on my forehead all the time. I keep getting little twitches in my head every now and again. The pain is sometimes in my neck, shoulders and bottom of my head.
Could this be a normal stress/tired/anxiety headache?
The reason I'm freaking out about it is because my dad suffered a brain anuerism a couple of years a go. Its so scary.

So so fed up of feeling like I'm dying every minute of the day :weep:

I know stress can cause all sorts of dreadful / fearful headpains.
