panick about taking too much meds vits

hi all! i have been feeling good and panic free then took my vits today and panicked about if id already took them. any one else get this? having pancik now!!!!

Yeah, been there. Also worked myself up into a frenzy about what vits to take in the first place. You'll be ok.
