Anchor Throat :'(

My throat feels heavy like an anchor is inside it and like its being pulled in on both sides, i have diareoh (not sure on spelling) hard
to breathe aswell, my tonsils arent that swelled im not sure i cant
see in my throat properly but im really worried i dont want to die

you wont die, do you have a sore throat?It could be a panic attack as that makes it feel like your throat has closed up I hope you are feeling better now

Anxiety defnitely can give people the closing up sensation and diarreah.
