Hey all!
I'm after some help. My eldest, Alex who is thirteen had his first migraine last night. He had the visual disturbances (blurring) in the afternoon and then a splitting headache during the late evening. He also went a little numb on one side of his face. He's fine today. I suffered migraines at exactly the same age, although mine was numbness of the face, legs and arms, as well as the tongue, making speech sound funny. I took him to the doctors who says he thinks it's migraine but wants a specialist second opinion because of the 'focul' point on the face.
I know that living in such a paranoid society that he's just being ultra careful, but does anyone else get numbness on the face???
Sigh! Just when my anxiety was getting better too!
