Hiya dear. Did the doctors not ask if you had planned to have a baby in the future or anything? Did they know about your miscarriage ealier this year?

Which I am sooo sorry about. I can't even imagine how awful that must have been for you.

But I think regardless if you did or did not say, they would have maybe given you information about having children after it etc.

I'm sure you are ok and I really wish you all the best petal xxx

One of my friends had a colpscopy and further treatment about 5 years ago - she now has a very healthy 3 and a half year old and had no probs at all. Like Wee Mee says, speak to your doctor and get all the information you can. I am positive your doc will be able to put your mind at rest

I dont know the full ins & outs of this, probably best to ask your gynocologist. But I was never told of any future problem risks? If its any comfort, I had a miscarriage in my teens unfortunately, I had 2 colposcopys & 2 lots of Loop diathermy treatment on the cervix when I was about 21 (the specialist did the wrong bit the first time! grrr) then I went on to have 2 babies, one when I was 24 & one at 26! :hugs:

I dont think you have anything to worry about, my friend had your procedure and went on to have another child with no problems.Women undergoing this is quite frequent and I have to say I ahve never heard of anyone having problems having a baby afterwards....if they did it was other reasons (nature etc) but not as a result of the procedure
