People think i look poorly.....scared i am now!!!

Hi all,
Quite a few people recently have said i look ill, they say i look pale and pasty and tired. I dont feel brilliant at the moment but i dont think i look that bad to myself in the mirror, but now im worrying myself silly that if i look ill to others then i must be ill in some way.
Just need abit of a boost i think!!!

Might sound strange this but are you looking miserable - I find if I am worrying then I will look miserable unless I make the effort and if you smile and look cheerful its amazing how peope say aren't you looking well. Of course if you are looking very pale ( pull down your bottom eyelid and see if the rim of your eye is blood red) then you may be a tad aneamic. I have opposite problem as I am dark haired and rosy cheeked and I can be feeling dreadful and people always say to me " your looking well! arghhh I even had it said to me in hospital.
