i need a little help if u can put my mind at rest im hopin u can?
has any1 else in their stages of anx every felt like their heart was just going to stop:weep:
thts what mine is like these past 4 days or so it really scares me
which of course makes it all worse :doh:
will this pass (i hope so)
its not very often i have palpatations thank god but its just so worryin xxxx

Does it get really really slow?

Mine does this and then sometimes just goes really fast and for no reason whatsoever.

i think its my mind playin tricks on me as well
i can be sat watchin or whateva and just out of the blue think
"omg my heart is gonna stop any second now!!!!"
and then like i said complete panic kicks in vicious circle springs to mind lol xxx
