feeling sick

does anyone else out there feel sick, i
suffer mostly from panic attacks, and anxiety
but this sick feeling seems to linger all the time
even when i dont feel anxious.

i had this up till about 3 weeks ago i had it for ages i couldnt eat cos of it, it does eventually go but i know its horrible to have it everyday even if you think your not anxious your mind can make your body think you are hope it goes soon for you

Mine is when I am not anxious as well.

I currently feel this way and have on and off for god knows how long, happens when and also when I'm not anxious at all. Awful but nothing to worry about :D

any wee thing sometimes into a life threatin illness

Any suggestions for getting rid of it??? Even when I have a good day this 'sick' feeling can spoil it for me and leave me feeling like I'll never get over it.

nope, i have just been waitin it out tryin to ignore it, but it does seem to last for ages, and is horrible. an really makes me loose my appitite
