Hi guys,
I know tingling/numbess is all part of anxiety (it was one of my first symptoms!) but does anyone else get it in a way that makes it feel like you're wearing a sock? Have had a fine few days but this morning, woke up, got up and when getting ready to go into the shower, I was suddenly aware of this 'sock like' feeling again. It's more noticeable when I move my foot/ankle. Am not overly worried (am working hard on changing my thinking patterns) and am seeing my GP tomorrow anyway so may mention it to him.
