anxiety

Hi everyone im new and have been reading several threads, i suffer with anxiety following a very rough year. Im at an all time low and have been prescribed citilopram, i also take beta blockers to control the panic. i so want to feel 'normal' and have a life really, however several yrs ago i suffered with postnatal dep and was on anafranil very scarey, hence im so scared, worried about takin citilopram. help
