Hi guys.. For the last 2 weeks i have had a constant headache and the feeling like i have a lump in the back of my throat and it's getting me down.. it feels like i'm going to gag or not get my words out which makes me feel anxious all the time. I've had this before and usually comes and goes.. does anyone know what i can do to stop this because i can't cope for much longer .
