Feeling a bit low

I had a panic attack on Tuesday night, which wiped me out so had to have the day off yesterday to recover :weep:
Got a Doctors appointment today and im really worried they are going to put my tablets up again. I just feel like its a never ending battle which i can't win.
Feeling very low and like its never going to end :(

try to put other night behind you i know its easier sid than done but f you keep dwelling on it ,,you wot feel any better,,give your mind a rest so you can recover xxx
