I think we have all been there at some point, i remember when i first became ill, i was so frightened to go to the doc's i thought i would get sectioned for sure.. But i think most will agree that people who lose there mind or go crazy, actually dont realise this has happened and think its everyone else who has lost the plot, so if you actually think your losing your mind its probably the thought which is making you obsess about losing it...

I think you should really have a chat with your GP..

I agree with Dan, most of us have been there. Go to your doctor and get some help. There will be light at the end of the tunnel given time and support :hugs:
