i have a dog phobia.i also get very fearfull of bits in my throat and images of dogs in my body anyone else get anything like this,also why doe,s fear follow you everywhere i get images of a dogs tongue in my throat i also feal like their is a dog in my back it also goes in my stomach my legs head and fingers how does it all work

This sounds like o.c.d. Repeated thoughts and images that are unpleasant to you, caused by anxiety. Try not to be frightened by the thoughts/images and relax when they happen so that they lose their importance. You can get over this. You'll get lots of support and advice on this site from people who suffer similar symptoms :yesyes:
