Burning sensations

Since this morning I've been having little random patches on my upper thigh and abdomen that feel hot, like they're burning and it's really freaking me out. Has anyone else ever had this orrrrrr should I be worried? ):

I have had this it feels sort of prickly? i had it for a few days and then it went not sure what it was but i know it was anxiety related. xx

i have had this in small patches, and also where the whole of my abdomen and/or neck, shoulders and upper arms have felt like they are burning.

nasty symptom, but def an anxiety symptom for me!
