funny sensations?

Hi everybody hope there is someone out there who is possibly experiencing or has experienced this feeling i have been getting mainly in my legs.
It feels like somebody is tickling me deep inside my leg and i cant seem to itch it. Its been bugging me for a few days now and there is no pain at the moment just this tickling sensation. I have had this in my arms as well at times but i feel i get this because im sort of imagining it.

i get this sometimes, at night mostly its like an itchy, twitchy feeling, do some excersize's to stretch the leg muscles when it happens that should help it .
