Well day 3 of Propranolol after suffering bad palpatations for some time.... I used to have anxiety about 6 years ago all the normal symptoms, tingling, pains etc etc(got rid of it on propranolol before) but since starting these tablets the palps are better but the anxiety symptoms are much much worse!!
This morning I walking through town with my boyfriend and child when very suddenly had this feeling that all my upper chest, shoulders and neck had turned briefly to stone.. like everything just went completely stiff.. frightened the life out of me...was like getting a shock of some sort.. horrible.... it went as quickly as it came. I actually despite wanting to cry and go home decided to still go for lunch out as we had planned and got through that without event (other than feeling a bit nervous because of what happened).
Has anybody else had this sort of event.
p.s. didnt feel stressed, panicky or anything at all when it happened... no other symptoms with it.. just that! : (
