Hi folks, I have just joined and posted a long post at the below address...


I am 34, male and live in the midlands (UK for those who have found there way here from further afield). I am in need of some assistance on diagnosing whats up with me. Initially I have been treated for ADHD due to my constantly busy head (mind chatter) but now think it may be due to some anxiety. Any feedback welcomed.....
