Does anyone get these? I can be outside in colder weather and about 5 minutes later, I started to itch and get red bumps, then get hives either on my waist, legs, or in warm weather, the inside of my upper arms. Upon returning inside, they start to welt and disappear in about 20 minutes? Anyone know what causes them? I just started to get allergies this year to pollen, the weather it seems and celery. I am 28.
