Hormone Testing

Hi All

Does anyone know if it's possible to have your female hormones tested. My Anx is always so much worse the week before my period.

What are the treatments if they are found to be completely out of whack?

i asked the doc to do one has i was convinced it was hormones but they always laugh and say your too young i dont think 40 is that young. I have found antidressants have helped though. If they do a blood test i guess it would be hrt

I got that response myself, i'm 39. But i've suspected by hormones since i started my periods, which was when the anx started. Wonder if you can buy a home testing kit.

Antidepressants have worked for me too. I'm off them at the moment, trying to find other ways of coping, but i might go back down that route. But, my God, how i hate those start up side effects.
