Hi guys, just found this site whilst in one of my hopefully minor lapses! Seems like a great place to talk so I thought I'd sign up and join the community :).

I've struggled with anxiety in various different manifestations since I was a child, and worryingly I could post experiences in any of the issues/problems boards :doh:. Anyhow! I'm still here and much improved but I am very much still in a rebuilding phase.
