how do you remain calm- thats a tricky one - i got loads of shooting pains in my head throughout august- i remained calm by just knowing it will pass. but obviously its hard. but they will pass

I have the same thing too, scares the life out of me as i always think something awfuls going to happen, it never does but agreed it is hard to stay calm when it is happening
