Hi Fred like you i suffer from H/A it is not pleasant but i have found lots of help by joining n.m.p. and realizing that i am not alone i am sure you will find lots of support i do not take any medication but have been having councelling for the past 6 mnths this has proved to be good for me .Join in the chat room u will find lots of people with helpfull advice . best wishes margaret jones
