Buzzing :(

For like a week my leg has been buzzing on and off, especially my left knee and also my ear? ANNOYING! &I just can't convince myself that it's anxiety and not anything to worry about. I've had eegs ekgs ct scans chest x-rays etc. but still cannot get over it that I'm "healthy" I worry about a spinal tumor every day and I cannot take it anymore because when one symptom subsides another appears. Ugh I need reassurance in the worst of ways.

Complete sense. Ive had that before & it was on the knee too. Almost like someone was touching me with a little electric buzzer thing. But to be honest I never found out what it was, & it went away eventually. But I would get it in bouts, lasting a good few weeks at a time intermittedly. I put it down to a dodgy nerve for some reason at the time x
