hi

im 24 year old female i had my first panic attack not long after my dad died.

now i have them daily its got to the point where i rarley leave the house they got worse when me and my husband were told we couldnt have children and then i got ibs wich my doctor said was prob brought on by stress from my anxiety

iv been on meds wich helped but have trouble going to the doctors each month to get them so im not currently talking them now

basically i feel i have no life

Hi,

You've had an awful lot on your plate and no wonder you feel so low:hugs:. Maybe you should stick with the meds until you feel a bit better as you need something to use as a crutch at the moment. I really feel for you and hope you get some support from this site. Take care
