Hi, what a brilliant site!,
I am Andrew, ive been suffering with depression for a long while now (about 4 years) and anxiety for about 2 years, however, a recent development has been severe panic attacks which have been very debilitating, they almost always happen at night. I am glad Ive found somewhere with people who 'get' whats going on, as most of my friends have abandoned me and most of my family, as much as they try, dont understand whats happening with me.
