As you know i came off my citalopram today and was feeling alot better till tonight, don't know if its because the children are staying out and my partner is training as hes a firefighter and the anxiety is kicking in again because i'm on my own, but now i feel it could be the bp tablets are doing it to me and not the citalopram but my doctor assured me it was not, my mind is in tatters i feel sick and my heart is racing again and i can't sit still this is why it is taking so long to write:weep:
