530am cant sleep as per usual

hi

im still awake at 530am been awake all night. just cant fall to sleep once i do i am fine and can sleep for ages. im drinking cans of lager at moment to try knock me out( not working) iv tried nytol but they dont work either

Hi Lexx,

Sorry to hear that you are cant sleep (Insomnia) is terrible, it gets you so frustrated... I can fall a sleep but only sleep for a couple of hours then i wake and cant get back to sleep, Its been that way for years on a good night i might get 4hrs but long boring days at work make me so tired i feel like i could sleep for a week... (IF ONLY)

Its just a viscious circle of tiredness for me, i hope you manage to get some qaulity sleep, but no joy for me been up since 4am went to bed 1.30am and now waiting to go do a 9hr shift at work.......:weep:
