Hello, just joined the site and wanted to introduce myself. I'm Sarah, 36 years old married with 3 children and have suffered terrible headaches and dizziness for about the last 2/3 years. Have seen lots of doctors, specialists had MRI scan etc.. been to Osteopaths, Homeopaths, Chiropracters you name it - i've tried it, but the headaches still remain!
I have come on this site often as it really does help me to know that i'm not alone and that other people suffer the same symptoms as me. My symptoms mainly are headache, lightheadedness/dizziness and very tired and heavy eyes. I do have breaks from these symptoms for maybe a week at a time and during that time I feel fab, then I'll wake up one day and they have all returned and I might have them for a couple of weeks at a time with no break.
Everyone I have seen have said my problems are all to do with muscle tension, had a very stressful time 3 years ago but life is good now, it would be fantastic without the headaches!
Anyway, looking forward to chatting with you all at some stage.
