:Dthis is the first time i have used a method like this so here's hoping! i have suffered from panic disorder, depression, anxiety for a number of years and have never really been able to pinpoint why. i have realised that now is the time i need to try and sort it all out once and for all. so basically i am asking a lot of strangers who know what im going through to support me over the comming weeks and help me when my family doesnt understand, i just need a vent i suppose, and hopefully the typing and concentrating on my spelling will help in desperate times!haha.
