Anxiety earthquake


Shuddering quickly, the desolate mind
Grabbing hold of what ever it can find



Spinning quickly left, then right
Crumbling foundations seal my plight

Mental earthquake shakes once more
Oh please, would someone stop this war


Aftershock ravages the cold & weak
Scratching out, so I can’t speak



Bricks of failure fall all around
Hammering home, the breakdown abound

Others just walk as nothing is amiss
But internal turmoil leaves me in abyss


So I’ll paper the cracks so no one can see
The earthquake fallen all around me
