Hi everybody.My name is Anne and I am 67 years old and have suffered HA from the age of about 11 when I started having panic attacks which made me think I was about to die.
Since then at periods of stress HA rears its ugly head. I have over the years "had" cancer, stroke, throat cancer and more recently cancer of the ovary.
My husband is disabled after several strokes and is very difficult and I also have elderly parenst, 95 and 89 whom I visit twice a week. They live 40 miles away.
At the moment I am struggling with panic attacks brought on by a really nasty bout of cystitis which convinced me I was at deaths door.
I am really pleased to find a website that offers so much information and support.
Just knowing you are not alone really helps.
