Kaposi sarcoma scare again

I generally have a lot of freckles, but lately I am having some larger sized and darker ones which cause me to worry about Kaposi Sarcoma. I want to believe that those are only larger freckles but I do not know how to stop my anxiety.

But apart from me nobody sees the spots as something serious.

Now I have got several sores on the bottom of my belly and the scare is back again. Who can help?
